The 'flue is proud to support open source software. Linux, PHP and MySQL come together to provide an environment in which great things can happen.

At the core of the 'flue is a software package called PunBB (www.punbb.org). It is a fantastic piece of software created and maintained by a great guy named Rickard Andersson. As far as "forum" software goes, PunBB is faster, lighter, more efficient, and easier to work with than anything else out there. Highly recommended.

In the course of turning a generic package like PunBB in to something as specific and customized as the 'flue, many modifications provided by the PunBB community have made their way into the codebase. They are too numerous to list, but thanks to all those guys (and girls) for making what we are trying to do here possible.
