How's that work?

I put a bunch of people of different ethnic backgrounds in a room, and give them a problem, they will come up with a more elegant solution than if I gave the same problem to a group of people from the same ethnic background?

I don't get it. I don't buy it either.

Thank you, NightShade.  I'm not sure I would have said anything until i saw that you had said something about it.  I figured I'd be beat down for it.  It's true though.  When it comes to such an elite team of excellence, you can't factor their race into it.  An entire industry?  Hell yeah.  A single team of five people?  Hell no.

It's all fun and games until someone gets hurt.  Then it's hilarious.
